*What Clients Say…
“Jamie's questions, guidance and coaching were very insightful. He was also very adaptable to my needs and what I wished to cover. Personal approach and oriented around my own needs and observations shared at the 1st session, made it directly relevant to me in providing practical "how to" suggestions to bring a more personal touch to my staff engagements.”
“Jamie's practical and from my perspective, common sense coaching provided me with not only some much needed perspective around work life balance and managing emotional stress at the workplace but also enable me to develop a much more structured approach and realistic view of how to manage stakeholder expectations, my contribution to the company and importantly my own work volume.”
“Using the simple managing stress exercises suggested by Jamie in connection with his coaching to develop a wider perspective and increased abilities in keeping focused on the bigger picture at work has not only significantly reduced stress I feel in the work place but has clearly enabled me to prioritise work activities much more effectively resulting in me adding substantially more value to the company while also drawing and maintaining clear and manageable boundaries around the time I spend at work and at home.
